71% of cqc KLOE's describing outstanding adult social care REFER TO Creativity & INNOVATION

We exist to transform the care experience for everybody, by inspiring and growing creativity, person by person and organisation by organisation.

We do this by supporting our members to drive a culture for innovation in their organisations, and by influencing the sector to embrace the practices that nurture new ways of working.

We know that creativity is the heart of change in care and support services, and we know that everybody is creative.

At its best care is inspiring, dynamic, and transformative. When everyone makes a creative contribution to their communities then spectacular things happen.

We support each other in shaping the conditions for everyone to contribute their creativity.

This encouraged the staff team to continue to consider ways of making the experience of living in a care home playful and creating new possibilities for people. By being a member, the staff team were supported to keep being forward thinking and reflecting on their practice.
